Week 2: Go!

So different than last week I got to work on more game related items this week.Tim told me to experiment a bit with Unity’s TimeLine and Cinemachine features and learned how to use them with code. This was pretty fun to work with so I posted some videos in the company’s Discord about it, to which I got some feedback and I would improve it again and again. Stefan told me it was not much use to do this kind of stuff since the designer would take over as soon as this stage of development was done.
Anyway friday we had a meeting with Stefan(companycoach and management), Tim (Developer) and Timen (Game Designer) about the feature.

Before the meeting the game designer had made a document which layed out the possibilities of this feature. During the meeting we discussed about what should be used or what needed to be clarified. After the meeting I made the userstories for the feature, funny thing how I always doubted if this kind of stuff would be used in the real world. Turns out, it does! And it really does help with clarifying the goal of the feature/game.

Next week we’ll have another meeting about this to see what I’ve come up with and adjust it when necessary.
